Using community-based GIS design, Mapping Community brings together leaders in public health, technology, and civic engagement to understand the problems their communities face. Through participation in the inquiry and design processes, interdisciplinary communities can use their lived experiences to design narrative-based scientific visuals to facilitate discussion, inform policy, and engage their communities.
